This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff members in the reception were there at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel were being typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Extremely pleasant hotel and terrific location. I Definitely endorse this place!

Fantastic location, every thing is nearby. Staff members are tremendous pleasant and helpful and talk fantastic English. There are actually activities each and every night and it´s a great way to socializing with people today. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a bit noisy but that’s incredibly insignificant. Excellent quality for the money!

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members at the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. I recommend it totally. The breakfast offers almost everything, sufficient variety and with fabulous atmosphere. The room wasn’t pretty large, but my partner and I agreed it is terrific.

Me and my kids stayed at the hotel for 7 nights to discovering the city. Ivory Palace is found in an extremely central place, it is clean and the beds are really comfy! There is only one point I might recommend going forward and that is to offer more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. However, I was more than happy with this stay and will surely suggest it to everyone looking to drop by Thailand.

Fantastic personnel, really helpful and helpful especially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful deal. The receptionist is brilliant, knows very good spots to visit for travellers.
